Q: What areas do you cover?
A: Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, London.

Our current residential rounds cover the following towns and villages:

Chelmsford, Dunmow, Writtle, Boreham, Saffron Walden, Thaxted, Bishops Stortford, Little Hallingbury, Great Hallingbury and all surrounding small towns and villages.

Q: How frequently do my windows need cleaning?
A: The frequency depends on your own personal requirements. For all residential clients, we offer a 4 week and an 8 week cycle but find that 70% of our customers opt for the 4 week cycle. The same cycles are available for all commercial clients but we can tailor our services to suit your individual requirements.

Q: How do I pay you?
A: We can take cash or cheque on the day of the clean. You are also able to pay via a bank transfer - please contact us for our bank details.

Q: Will the Pure H2O System damage my paintwork?
A: No. Our system will not damage any properly maintained paintwork. It will in fact help protect paintwork from algae and lichen etc. However, if you have badly maintained or very loose or flaky paintwork, some paint may be removed during the cleaning process. If this is the case we would not recommend our H2O system but we would be pleased to offer another cleaning solution.

Q: What happens if it is raining when my windows are due for their clean?
A: We will still clean your windows. With traditional window cleaning methods it is impossible to get a good result when it is raining. However, with the Pure H2O cleaning system, because we are using purified water and do not need to polish the glass, rain water (being almost pure) actually assists us in the cleaning process. Therefore we are able to leave your windows sparkling clean, even in the rain.

We also offer a rain guarantee whereby if you notice any imperfections on your windows as a result of us window cleaning in the rain, we will come and clean them again for free or offer a refund in full. No questions, no quibbles. You must contact us within 24hrs of your window clean for the rain guarantee to be valid.

Q: What happens if I am out when you come to clean my windows?
A: We will have arranged a mutually convenient date and time to clean your windows prior to arriving. However, before we take on any job we always discuss property access, so that we are aware of whether you need to be in when we clean your windows. If we can clean your windows when you are out and you are happy for us to do so, then we will. We always call the evening before to remind you we are coming and to discuss the payment arrangements.
